爱康太阳能科技股份有限公司采购经理感言

　我也是第一次参加这么系统的采购培训，以前虽然也参加过很多次关于采购的培训，但都没这么全面。以往的工作中，经常会遇到这样的情况：要怎样回答下属提出的问题，要怎样对他们进行培训，我觉得很困难，因为我自己也没有怎么参加过系统的培训，我也不知道怎样去引导他们。其实有很多方法，我在实际操作过程中也有用过，但没有一个整合性的，只是按照以往的经验来做，那么通过这次培训，我觉得获得了一个比较清晰的理解。

　It's my first time to have such a comprehensive training about purchasing too, 1 had many times training of purchasing before, but not as good as this time. I usually found that it was so difficult to answer questions from my underlings or do training for them. I haven't get training before, how could I guide them? We use some solutions In our work but haven't been getting integratively. We just use our experiences. I got a good understanding from the training.
