其实关于供应链管理的单独的模块的培训，我以前有参加过很多，然而这次是第一次在整个大的供应链的指导下去看这个整个供应链的管理，对于我来说，是一个对我自己思路的整理。就先之前同事所说的，老师在课上介绍的很多内容，核心板块，还有一些好的工具，其实有一些方面我们已经达到了world-lass的level，但是还有很多方面，比如成本管理、绩效考核，.我觉得有好的工具我们并没有用，我觉得以后可以运用到工作中去。

　　I have taken a lof training about supply chain management, but was for individual part. And this is my first time to learn the supply chain management under the whole system, it's a refresh for my own knowledge. As somebody said before, we have introduced so many good solutions for solving problems. And we have already got the world-class level in some areas, but there are still lot of solutions that we haven't use. And I think we can use them in our future work.
